My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The strong smell in the room was a downside, but the noise isolation was excellent. The tiny lift and rooms could be inconvenient for some, but the staff's friendliness and helpfulness were outstanding. The service was good, especially with the staff remembering our drink preferences every morning at breakfast. The location, although not the best area in Frankfurt, was surprisingly clean and tidy, right next to the main station. The dining experience offered good selections, but the lack of inclusive amenities like free water was a bit disappointing.
